Couples looking for an escape

An amazing place and I highly recommend. The staff is very nice and never. Each room is quite big and totally private, even had a small pool! Just picture this, spending the day lounging by that pool and then dining on the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The experience was extraordinary, almost made me forget what I do for a living. Can't believe we missed the beach grilling event tho, wish they'd been clearer about that.

During our stay, the check-in process was frustratingly chaotic. we felt abandoned while waiting for assistance. Additionally, there was a severe lack of communication regarding the available amenities, which led us to miss out on the beach grilling event that other guests seemed to enjoy. To make things worse, it often felt like we were just another number to the staff, rather than valued guests.

Staying in the Suite Wellness felt like a dream. The room was spacious and had a private pool which made lounging so relaxing. We had access to the wine cellar which was a unique treat and a chocolatier shop for delicious snacks. The food was spectacular, every meal was a culinary adventure.

Some staff could be more proactive.

Despite the price point, the breathtaking environment made it worthwhile, although navigating some staff preferences could have improved the experience.
